हे रुपांतर, साचा भारतीय प्रताधिकार कायदा १९५७ च्या कलम ५२ नुसार तयार केला आहे, ज्यांत म्हटले आहे की:

(s) कोणत्याही वास्तूचे रंगचित्र,रेखाचित्र,कोरीवचित्र किंवा छायाचित्र निर्माण करणे अथवा प्रदर्शन करणे
(t) the making or publishing of a painting, drawing, engraving or photograph of a sculpture, or other artistic work failing under sub-clause (iii) of clause (c) of section 2 ["any other work of artistic craftsmanship"], if such work is permanently situate in a public place or any premises to which the public has access;
(t) कोणत्याही शिल्पाचे रंगचित्र,रेखाचित्र,कोरीवचित्र किंवा छायाचित्र निर्माण करणे अथवा प्रदर्शन करणे किंवा कोणतीही कलाकृती जिचा दुसऱ्या विभागातील उपकलम (३), कलम (c)- कारागिराने निर्मिलेली कलाकृती - जी सामुदायिक जागेत कायमची स्थापन केली आहे, आणि जिला लोक पाहू, भेट देऊ शकतात

(u) the inclusion in a cinematograph film of-
(i) any artistic work permanently situate in a public place or any premises to which the public has access;

संपादक सदस्याने माहितीचा स्त्रोत, पुरवणाऱ्याचे नाव आणि श्रेय विधान स्पष्टपणे परवान्याच्या माहितीत उल्लेखलेले असावे, त्यात त्या दस्ताऐवजाचा DOI (Digital Object Identifier), किंवा URL (Uniform Resource Locator), किंवा URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) यांचा उल्लेख असणे आवश्यक आहे.

सदस्याला आणि माहितीचा वापर करणाऱ्याला कोणत्याही स्वरूपात माहिती पुरवणाऱ्या संस्थेचा पाठींबा किंवा प्रवक्तेपण दिले आहे असे वाटेल असे दाखवणारी किंवा दर्शवणारी कोणतीही माहिती दिली जाऊ नये. तसेच माहिती पुरवणाऱ्या संस्था माहितीच्या चुकींबद्दल, त्याने झालेल्या नुकसानीबद्दलची कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत जबाबदारी घेत नाही.

माहिती पुरवणाऱ्या संस्थेकडून माहितीचा सतत आणि अद्यतन झालेल्या स्वरूपात पुरवठा होत राहिल अशी जबाबदारी घेतली जात नाही, शिवाय जर माहिती पुरवली वेळेवर पुरवली गेली नाही तर त्याची जबाबदारी संस्थेवर असत नाही.

अपवाद: या प्रकारच्या माहितीचा या कायद्यात सहभाग केला जात नाही: अ. वैयक्तिक माहिती; अ. संवेदनशील किंवा वाटता येणार नाही अशी माहिती; क. नावे, चिन्हे, माहिती पुरविणाऱ्या संस्थेची बोधचिन्हे, औपचारिक चिन्हे; ड. बौद्धिक मालमत्ता हक्क असलेली माहिती, पेटंट, व्यापारचिन्हे, कार्यालयीन चिन्हे इत्यादी; इ. सैन्याची बोधचिन्हे; ई. ओळखपत्रे; आणि फ. इतर कोणतीही माहिती किंवा सांख्यीकी जी माहितीच्या अधिकाराच्या कलम ८ नूसार सार्वजनिक केली गेलेली नसेल. माहितीचा अधिकार कायदा, २००५.
